How to brew it
1. Weigh
15 g of coffee for a 250 ml cup.
2. Grind
Matched to your brewer; cafetière suits this one well.
3. Bloom
Wet the grounds with water just off the boil, wait 30 seconds.
4. Pour
Add the rest slowly. About 3 minutes in all.
